Data collected and purposes

• Contact form: name, email address and message — to respond to your request.
• Orders: identity, email address, postal address and payment details — to process your order, deliver your guides and provide follow-up. Bank card details are entered directly with our payment provider and are never stored by the website.
• Browsing: audience measurement data (pages visited, device, source) via cookies, to improve the website.
• Newsletter: your email address (if you sign up), and a statistical measurement of the opening of our emails (via an invisible pixel), in order to assess interest in our mailings. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link included in every email.

Legal basis

Performance of the contract (orders), your consent (contact form, audience measurement cookies) and legitimate interest (security and improvement of the website).

Recipients and processors

Your data may be processed by the following providers, only to the extent necessary:

• Stripe — payment processing and order management.
• Brevo (Sendinblue) — sending of the website's emails (confirmations, contact).
• Google (Analytics / Tag Manager) — audience measurement.
• Hostinger — hosting of the website and the database.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, under the safeguards provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses).

Retention period

Contact messages are kept for the time needed to handle the request, then archived or deleted. Order data is kept in accordance with legal obligations (in particular accounting ones). Audience measurement data is kept according to the tool's settings (generally up to 14 months).

Cookies

The website uses audience measurement cookies (Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager) and technical cookies required for payment (Stripe). You can at any time configure or refuse cookies via your browser settings.
