4.24.3 A teacher who has met the selection criteria and is appointed by the Working Council for this task is entitled to compensation of USD 8,000 per year, subject to paragraphs (4), (7), (8), (11) and (13) below. This allowance is paid at the material rate for both full-time and part-time teachers and is not subject to clause 4.5.1 of this agreement for part-time teachers. (a) Teachers achieve the corresponding maximum value for the base indicated on the employer-dependent scale, which certifies that the teacher has met the appropriate level of professional standards for secondary teachers- criteria for marginal and quality education, which are attached to supplement 1 of this agreement. The terms of an employment contract must be respected. It is the current collective agreements that set the conditions for school principals, teachers and other staff in schools. 4.3.1 Boards of Directors are entitled, in a school year, to a series of units created by formulas in the regulation of staff. The employer, after consultation with its teaching staff, decides on the use of the units. Up to 40% of the shares can be awarded on a temporary basis. A permanent teacher who, at the end of the period, receives an additional salary as an operator or as an administrative supplement (including middle and older persons), higher allowances, staff allowances, a high allowance for the teacher and/or a special allowance at the end of the period, calculated on the highest salary for the period thus employed or until the end of the leave, if the period is shorter. c) Authorized service: service in public schools (including kindergartens) in New Zealand; New Zealand Government Service; Teacher training, which began in 1980 or earlier; Active military service Service to new Zealand university staff and as a teacher through a formal government exchange program and in any government-supported program. This collective agreement provides a basic scale for trained teachers and a basic scale for out-of-school teachers. (a) Does a Board of Directors have three or more role allowances (within the school) that award each appointment either permanently or temporarily, in accordance with item 3.2.3 of this agreement, provided that temporary appointments never represent more than 40% of eligible teachers (within the school) supported by a board of directors; 4.23.7 The equivalent of ten hours of non-teaching per week is assigned to each teacher in a teaching role in the (intercommunal) community.
